Young at Art - Altered Books with Artist Ruth Howard - Wednesday 8th January 2025 - 10.30am - 12.30pm
For the first Young at Art session for 2025 join Ruth Howard for a workshop on Altered Books - recycling, re-using and re-purposing books for you to create a mini work of art. We will use discarded books (maybe last years diary? Or old children’s books you don’t need anymore) to collage, paint and embellish. We will incorporate plant leaf/papers/fabrics/ribbon/buttons and any small found objects. All materials are supplied.
This will be a very unique workshop and one not to be missed!
