CHATHAM CHINESE FESTIVAL 2025

Celebrating the culture and contribution of Medway’s Chinese Community.

The Chatham Chinese New Year Festival is back for 2025! Join us in Chatham Town Centre to explore community and market stalls, immerse yourself in traditional dance performances, indulge in street food and more! Don’t miss the spectacular parade down the High Street at 12pm!

But that's not all! The Pentagon Shopping Centre has a special treat on 1st February - a craft workshop where you can create you own paper chain snake and then strut your stuff in the parade on Saturday. Be sure to keep an eye out for the craft event details, which will be unveiled on the Pentagon Shopping Centre Facebook page on Friday 17th January.

This event is organised by Nucleus Arts and co-managed by the Kut-O Chinese Association Medway, Dance Alley, Medway Council and the Chatham Town Centre Forum.
